TC Darbys’ use a Roland Digital printer, using the ECO SOL Max ink system, ideal for digitally printed vinyl signs and labels mounted on a wide range of materials, Dibond, Acrylic, or traffolyte.

We offer marketing devices to help your business flourish, Pop Up Banners, full colour PVC Banners ideal for school fairs/fetes, pubs and clubs to advertise events, and to advertise your business ventures.

We can print full colour graphics on T-shirts, Hoodies, Vests and leisure wear, great for charity events, fun runs or just corporate business wear.
Also available are digital printed domed badges, stickers, vinyl labels and trophy buttons.

SERVICE DETAILS

Full colour digital printing on a wide range of adhesive material, banners, resin coated labels & full colour transfers for clothing and fabric

Full colour large format printer with a maximum width of 700mm across. Used for large scale production of labels used in everyday situations. Colour matching and bespoke cuts are also possible if you need a certain colour and shape for a logo for example.

This method of printing offers up bold colours in place of the full colour CMYK that the Roland Printer can do. Unlike that, this print option offers white as either a print or as a backing for a label that is going onto a dark surface. It can also print reversable labels for the insides of windows where it won’t be exposed to the elements.

We can offer various vinyl solutions depending on what you are looking for and what is to be expected from it. From a simple label to bespoke vehicle graphics that can withstand the weathering and keep a strong bond to the substrate it is on. Between selecting the right adhesive and the right lamination if needed we can cover all bases in this method.

Banners

Heat Transfers

Custom clothing for your company can make a great first impression and we can offer single and multiple colours for transfers. Heat transfers can vary depending on the quality of materials and techniques used. We have a specialised way of printing and pressing so the transfer feels almost non-existent when the process is finished. A perfect solution for sports kit, work clothing and even swimwear.

Specialised labels

On top of our regular prints, we do have jobs that require a very specific style of labelling. We provide labels that can withstand temperatures in the freezing cold for the medical industry and some that are to be exposed in high heat deserts and other harsh environments.
